The Firm provides qualify assistance on any topic of corporate law, including the assistance in drafting and implementing the organization and managing models in compliance with the D.Lgs (Legislative Decree) nr. 231/2001, serving as members of the Supervisory Board, when it is required.

The Firm is also able to assist companies from the onset of the business crisis until the settlement of the same, providing support both in negotiation of restructuring and in preparation of arrangements with creditors, protecting the interests of anyone involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
