M&A

The practice of the Firm in M&A area encompasses assisting clients on all the domestic and cross-border transactions concerning the acquisition of companies, through the execution of due diligence, drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements and any other agreement ancillary to the operation.

The Firm also offers legal counsel in connection with obtaining any other legal documents necessary for the completion of the extraordinary operations, in the areas of labor law, tax and antitrust.
